Hi Mark,

Thank you so very very much for the roof repair and shingling. You cannot imagine the stress I’ve had to live with since last summer every time it rained and my roof leaked.

And, as indicative as your work appears to be, so is your folow up + customer service. I had neither, obviously with "n.n." It was so sweet of you to call me after that last rain storm to ensure the roof did not leak. I am optimistic that you have corrected the problem. I will be forever gratefull! I hope I will not have to call you for a follow up, but I am comforted to know that if I do NEED to, you will be right there to help.
